Our Return Policy

 

Due to the personal nature of our products, ALL returned items will receive a merchandise credit for the invoiced amount to be used toward a future Margeaux Priestly purchase. 

At Margeaux Priestly we offer a 15 day return policy.  Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery will unfortunately not be accepted.

For your return to be processed, your item must be in the same condition you received it and include the original email invoice.

 

Replacements (if applicable)

At Margeaux Priestly, we will gladly replace defective items.  We must be notified within 5 days of delivery if your item is defective or damaged. Please send us an email at support@margeauxpriestly.com with your detailed information and contact number and we will direct you where to send your item. 

 

Replacement Shipping

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping items totaling over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  Unfortunately we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
